Error Code on IRAC256i III

Hi,
Does anyone know what Error Code E000025-268 is and how to fix on a IRAC256i
Machine says :

Color printing is currently unavailable. Black & White printing is possible but Color printing will be cancelled

Turning the power off and on (using the switch on the right hand side of the main unit) may allow the device to recover. If the device does not recover contact your service representative with the error code below

sagt:

Farbdruck ist derzeit nicht verfügbar. Schwarzweißdruck ist möglich, aber Farbdruck wird abgebrochen. Durch

Aus- und Einschalten (mit dem Schalter auf der rechten Seite des Hauptgeräts) kann das Gerät möglicherweise wiederhergestellt werden. Wenn sich das Gerät nicht erholt, wenden Sie sich mit dem folgenden Fehlercode an Ihren Servicemitarbeiter

Detection Description -The state without toner was detected although the recovery sequence wasperformed for 5 times
after replacement of the Toner Container (M). *
- The recovery sequence was repeated with no toner inthe container.
* In platform V3.6 and later, error caused by this eventwill not occur.
Remedy [Related parts]R1.00
- Main Drive Unit
- Hopper Unit (M)
- Toner Bottle Mount Unit (M)
- Drum Unit (M)
- Toner Container (M)
[Remedy] Be sure to perform the following procedure.
1. Shake the Toner Container 10 times, and then insertit into the host machine.
2. Check/replace the related harness/cable, connectorand parts.
[Reference] If a user inserts an empty Toner Container(M) repeatedly, the error may occur

I had this exact code last week it was a failed bottle motor gear. With mine I took the inner cover off & saw the bottle was not turning.
