Canon İmagepress c6010 problem

Hello there ,


I started getting error E065-0302-05 on my canon c6010 machine.
The drum is in good condition. but after 50-100 prints this problem appears. There is no problem when I put the old drum in.
The technician said he installed the c10000 drum as a new drum.
is this c10000 drum compatible with c6010?
Is that why my machine is giving an error?

Drum is the same but problem can be also in primary charging assembly or hvt.

fog problem, I stopped the machine before the paper entered the first fuser unit. there was no fog. fogging problem occurs after entering and exiting the first fuser unit. I replaced all parts of the first fuser unit. but the problem is not solved. I would appreciate your help.

You have stated before that when u install the old drum , you dont have any issue .

Then why you are giving yourself unnecessary trouble.
