Oce Plotwave 345 / Plotwave 365 driver prefrerence popup slowness

Hi, I'm using the version 2.17.1 of the Driver Select WPD2 printer driver in Windows 10-64 and it works mostly ok; but if I try to edit the preferences in the print dialog or Windows print settings, it takes about 15 seconds for the box to appear. Sometimes the following box will popup suggesting to " check the configuration file in Account Center is not too large ". I don't know where to access this. I really don't need accounts on this machine in our small office.

I disabled FTP logging and tried unchecking all the boxes checked (exclude empty rolls, oce job ticket enabled, require user authentication) under the troubleshooting section of the advanced options in printing preferences. Ping times to the machine’s ip address are less than 1 ms. The Oce Express Webtools site loads fast. Thanks.
