    Ir 7095 legal print problem

Dear friends, I have an CANON IR 7095 machine that takes the copy perfectly well in letter size but when you get copies at the LEGAL SIE , take some blank parts. I have already changed filaments in all coronas, I changed the full grid of the charge corona and the problem persists. Will someone know what the problem could be? Attached sample printing.

    Greetings.

It looks like you could have dampness in the paper. Try a fresh package or even try running a two-sided and see if both sides have the same problem

Thank you very much for your reply. I have tried new paper from different brands. Regarding your suggestion to try on both sides, I was surprised to see that on one side they turn out very well and on the other side it turns out badly as I show in the image. Which may be?

That’s usually a sign of dampness because the first side take all the dampness out and when it passes through the machine a second time it’s fine. Try putting letter size in that drawer where you have legal and see if you still have the same problem which I doubt you will

Yes, it seems that it is humidity but I have two copiers aditional using the same sheets and they do not give that problem. I have been told that it could be a leak in a crown but the truth is I have done a visual analysis and no leak is seen.
I have tried your recommendation to put letter size sheets in the same unit and those come out perfectly fine. As additional data, the blurry appears in the same place.

Are the other copiers the same model? Every machine reacts differently to environmental conditions.

Are the other units in different areas?
Is it humid in those areas?
Is there condensation on/around fuser after long runs?
