Company just purchased a used IR 6555i from a closing law firm.

Mach is password protected, ( Asking Dept & Pin ). No info available from PO.

Tried default user/pswd's 7654321 / 7654321
1234567 / 1234567
1234567 / 7654321
7654321 / 1234567

Can anyone suggest a way to reset this machine back to factory?

No interest in recovering PO data. Just reset.

Password clear and service mode. If you are not a service technician but only a user then you need to understand that there can be unauthorized intrusions into devices if we post such things online.

I certainly can appreciate the concern for security.

Is there a way to handle this through PM's?

I can't believe I may have to scrap a perfectly good machine due to a password.
