    İmagepress c6010 image problem

    Hello there,

I have color alignment problem on imagepress c6010 printer.
auto-img and at-img-x throw errors. Black color does not replace.
When he changes the laser units, the error changes to the other color.
    what i did:
    dc-con clear
    mn-con clear
    intr-ex
    itb-belt
    itb-edge
    auto-img
    at-img-x
    itb-gloss
none of these things helped me align the colors.

    I request your valuable help.

This c6010 is giving u a lot of troubles . I suggest u to offer the customer a C600/c650 or c8000 series. It will ease up the job for u .

    Hello there,

You're right, the machine is causing me a lot of trouble, but they say it needs to be done, so I can't do anything.
I worked from morning till night today. I've done 3 colors (magenta, cyan, black), but the yellow color doesn't come back with 1 mm difference. I'm still thinking why the yellow color doesn't come back.

    Hello.

If you are not trained on this press, you can make it worse by doing a lot of things at the same time.
Read the service manual and see how color registration is done. It's only then that you can have a logical thinking to tackle this issue;otherwise, you will end with bad headache.

    Hello there,

    I write what has been done;

I adjusted the motors of the laser units to be 2.3 cm,
at-img-x and auto img 3 aligned the color in place.
but the yellow color stays 2mm right and is not aligned.
It says at-img-x and auto img complete, but the yellow color doesn't line up.
    I did dc-con clear, it didn't work
I changed the location of the laser units, it did not improve.
I did init-itb and tried again, it didn't work.
I suspected it, I put a new belt and it didn't improve.
but I came across something while examining it,
which should be in itb unit,
FC9-6114-000 Genuine Canon ImagePress Torque limiter. This part is not in the machine, it is probably broken.
Could this part be related to this issue?

    Re: İmagepress c6010 image problem

I dont know why you have adjusted the laser motor speed.

I want u to return every value u have changed. Enter the default values for the engine . U can find them at the rear ,under the corner cover behind the hoppers. Then calibrate the machine and test.

Try cleaning the patch and registeration sensors over the itb.

Then , When performing at-img-x open the cover and check the patches on the belt . They should be clear printed.

Test PGs tests for all color on a large paper size and send show it to us.

Torque limiter will make color mismatch in the horizontal direction only.

U can try a different magenta laser unit , or swap it with another color and test. Magenta is the reference point for the registration , if it is not good all colors will be displaced.

Best of luck and update me with everything

    Hello there,

The customer changed the settings of the mirrors of the laser unit and changed the angle of the mirrors in front of the range.
I fixed the problem by setting it up again.
    Thanks for the help.
