canon ir adv c2030 can not scan to folder

my canon ir adv c2030 can not be used for scan to folder, when I use this feature warning appears "an error occurred due to unknown reason" after pressing the start button.

and when I register in the address book, can't be saved there.

how to solve problems like this.
