0010 sub code means it was not reset. Did you clear in service mode?

I have never seen that error code before with a lower case 'c'

Check the heater lamp & thermo switches

    • Code: E000-0010
    • Description:The heater fails to heat. After correcting the fault, be sure to reset the error. (COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR)
The power has been turned off and then on without resetting the error.
    • Remedy:- Reset the error. (COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR)

I would expect that to work. Never seen that code before either and see no mention of it in the knowledge base
