Clearing the status report sent via email to keep from sending to the previous owner

Good morning everyone,
How do I clear the email that keeps sending the status report to the previous service provider on a canon IRA C5540i?
The machine was transferred to a new customer and it is set up to send a status report "low toner" etc. to the previous service provider.
can I erase the email destination in service mode/
