I’ve had to put an extra wrap on the springs for the 2 sensors on the door. That whole 4xxx series is garbage.

Usually its the one in the housing that holds the transfer roller but there's a second one on the door. What's the jam code?
jam code 107 delay jam
Touch the jam code and it will tell you what sensor it is delayed getting to. I think that’s the one inside the transfer roller area.

When it does work does the lead edge vary? You could have a registration clutch problem also.

change the clutch .problem still occur
