Canon image runner advance c3325i

Good day or whatever time.am having problems with canon image runner c3325i it goes to sleep mode I press the standby button the copier did light up again.i off and on only the standby button is lighting with green light.i have two of this copier all of them are in standby mode when you on both of the copier.need help.thanks in advance.
