Canon Error E027-0300 IRAC5535

Hi Guys.
I have a ira5535 with the above error. The machine has been running perfectly for the last two years when the customer phoned me and said they cant get the last inch or so of the Cyan toner tube into the machine.
So they said they gave it a bang and it went in. As soon as they did this it gives the error after about 7 copies. . After stripping the Cyan set on hopper assembly out of the machine I'm finding the assembly is leaking and has leaked toner into the machine. Do you think it is just a case of replacing that hopper or the toner feed drive as well. Was thinking of going back and swapping the cyan with the magenta and seeing if the error code changes to the magenta code.
Anyone else had this problem?

Ich habe einen ira5535 mit dem obigen Fehler. Die Maschine lief die letzten zwei Jahre perfekt, als der Kunde mich anrief und sagte, dass er nicht den letzten Zoll oder so der Cyan-Tonerröhre in die Maschine bekommen könnte.
Also sagten sie, sie hätten einen Knall gegeben und es ging hinein. Sobald sie dies taten, gab es den Fehler nach etwa 7 Kopien. . Nachdem ich die Cyan-Set-on-Trichter-Baugruppe aus dem Gerät entfernt habe, stelle ich fest, dass die Baugruppe undicht ist und Toner in das Gerät gelangt ist. Glaubst du, es geht nur darum, diesen Trichter oder auch den Tonervorschubantrieb zu ersetzen? Ich dachte daran, zurückzugehen und das Cyan mit dem Magenta auszutauschen und zu sehen, ob sich der Fehlercode in den Magenta-Code ändert.
Hatte noch jemand dieses Problem?

The developer unit is not rotating which is caused by the developer unit coupling breaking. The error code will vary according to the color of the affected developer unit. E00027-0300 = Cyan Developing Assembly
