    Thoughts on GPR 55 drum life cost and alternatives.

    Looking for experience with these. I see the Black and colors are rated the same. Curious about real world experiences.
    I have used Canon Imagerunner parts for sale. Most are floor model Color and / Advances Imagerunner with some 3025 3235 parts. Several intact machines being parted.

    These are great machines overall.

    Drum cost is nuts even for dealer. Since the average client does about 70/30 mono/colour in my area the black drum goes first and I think I'm getting like 400-500k average on the drum.

    The other side of the coin is that in the 12 years I have worked on Canon equipment, I am doing like 75% less service calls since 3rd gen came out. They are extremely reliable compared to the KM and Xerox machines we also sell.
