Printing from a USB disk or a check report from the device itself is no problem.

What's the problem here? Does anyone recognize this?

I get code NG #865, who recognizes this?

    I can't get it resolved.....

    Thank you!

Cause The functions related to job execution are restricted.
    Remedy Contact your System Manager.

You can output configure pages (user data list) from copier and capture your driver then everyone can help you

The driver should be correct, I've tried both PCL and UFR. Both no effect!

    Downloaded from Canon website itself.

I've tried it, it doesn't help.

I think I'm missing something simple somewhere... Only it's in a hidden corner.

Spot on. Restrict Printer Jobs set to ON exactly generates this error #865.
Lack of Department ID causes #701 error
Job accepted by the device but canceled manually generates a #099 error.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your help!

Restrict Print Jobs is set to OFF.

Could it be that I have to change something in copier mode that has to do with this?
