jam code 0A0C with imagepress c800

Hi Dears:
we face a problem with imagepress c800 that displays a jam when it takes an order to print the jam code is 0A0C
the action was taken as mentioned that ps123 had cleaned with no response
00 0A0C POWER ON Post-registration Sensor PS123
