    IC X MF1127C Dropping Network

We have this copier at a school that has consistent problems with dropping off the network. School's IT has made MAC address reservation, replaced the network cable and tested the network port on the walls. We've also gone out and tested the NIC and found no drops at all and I've also tested their network cables/wall port to my laptop and I'm able to get on the internet fine with no drops. The copier will work fine for a few days and then just drop off and typically power cycling will get it back up and running again. Firmware is up to date.

    Ideas?

Have IT check for power over ethernet (POE). It can be turned off at the switch.
