Hi there, did you make any progress on this E025-0x10 error?
I have an iR Adv C5240i that is giving me a E025-0a10 which relates to the Yellow sensor PS5. Checked the I/O in service mode and it's seeing the change but still comes up with the error. Swapped the magenta and yellow and it seems to have sorted but now getting a front cover open error and it seems to flit between the front and side covers. Anyone had anything like this before?

Hi all,

Any of my fellow Canon techs had this issue before. None of the bottle doors open.

If I use the tool I can manually open the door & remove the toners however when powering the machine back on with all toners out then say putting just the black toner in it will throw E025-0410 or if I put the yellow in it will throw E025-0110.

If it was just one colour I would suspect the bottle drive for that colour is faulty but not when all 4 won’t drive.



i think it is the issue with the Hopper

Did you fix it even i am having same issue throwing same error 0110 0410 i think its the issue with the hopper, not issue of motor and pcb, if you fix this issue please let me know the fix. And how you done it

Yes, the fix was replacing the set on hopper ass'y (ours was cyan)

You mean changing Hopper Unit will fix the issue ??
