Did you change the transfer unit or transfer belt?
discards secondary transfer unit or fuser unit
Changed (swapped) ITB belt assembly, cleaning blade. When swapped with a new assembly, problem did not follow. Have not changed ITB belt itself.Originally Posted by wcanonw
Problem is definitely coming from somewhere in ITB belt assembly.
Hi,
Clean the inner secondary transfer roller with a damp micro fibre cloth or replace it with a new one.

Cleaned the inner roller, problem improved. Changed inner roller and also cleaned inside of belt, problem gone.
