Hi,
I have color printer who calls message on display, "PRINTING POSSIBLE,BUT MAY DAMAGE DRUM CARTRIDGE 1".
This printer worked properly ,but when customer transfer on other office and when turn on,calls this message.
I tried to rotated all drum units,but message still occurs.
Any sugestion, to solved this problem.
