Canon iRADV C5550 High Capacity Casssette show LTR Size

Good day everyone,

I have 1 unit iRADV C5550 with High Capacity Cassette Type A1.

This high capacity cassette is working but the display panel show LTR size. The cassette 1 & cassette 2 is is correct show A4 size.

How to change or setting this high capacity cassette type A1 from LTR size to A4 size. ? Any one can enlighten me ?

The cassette 1&2 I have set at paper setting to A/B size and show A4 correct size but can't find the setting for high capacity cassette type A1.
Try check in service mode can't find it, upgrade the firmware and do initialize machine still the same.

To change the paper size of this equipment, refer to the HCS Service Manual Chapter 5: Adjustment.

Hi Giogi,

As advice from you I have refer to Service Manual Chapter 5 nothing is mention for the setting the high capacity cassette
change LTR size to A4 size.

For iRADV8585 series you can adjust the paper deck size from LTR to A4 size. Go service mode > option > CST change
the value to 0. Reboot the machine it change the size.

Any idea guys that you can share with me for iRADV C5550 model ? Thank you very much

As a workarround you can set in: Function Settings > Printer > Printer Settings > Custom Settings > Paper Feed > Paper Size Override to "On".
If so, it doesen't matter if it's whether A4 or LTR size paper.

Good day guys,

Finally I found the solution to set LTR size to A4size for high capacity cassette type A1.

Go to service mode copier>option>ACC>HCC-P change the value to 0. (level 1 page 2 of ACC).
That will change the size from LTR to A4 size.

Anyway thank you guys who have give your valuable thought on this topic.
