Dear all:
We faced a problem with a client at where its canon imagepress c10000 give e029-5001 also e029-6001 we had replaced patch senors unit but with also the same result no change
Any inputs form you will be appreciated.

When i had similar Issue Flagging (29-5001, 29-6001, 29-7001) after swapping with another patch sensor from a working machine , and it patch sensor is working on another machine
then ,I desire to clear the DC-Con, after that you do machine calibrations and maintena]nce
