Recovery tool on the TX 3100 plotter screen

Help me restore my plotter. The Recovery tool error appears on the screen and nothing can be done. The plotter is not visible over the network. I understand that the firmware has crashed. And in order to flash it you need this program "LFP PRO Service tool". But I just can’t find her. Or maybe there are other options for a device failure.

Is it possible to update the firmware directly from a flash drive? That is, insert a flash drive with the firmware into it, press the desired combination, and it will fix the error itself.
