    check regist roll

This will cause the photocopying process to become unbalanced and the paper will move more easily. The characteristics of a damaged register can be seen from its slippery and cracked condition. The solution is to replace the register unit so that the photocopier can function normally again.

Is the paper straight but the image shifted or does it not pull the paper straight?
Is the problem from both cassettes?
Is the problem also from the bypass?
      Post a pic please.

no the whole picture has move to the right for about 4 mm, but its still straight.
I have attached a picture showing the same document printed on this copy machine and another printer for comparison.
and if I copy the resulting paper it will move further to the right.

            Thank you very much
Now the print is fixed, but the copy process is still shifted a little to the right
is there a way to change the edge margin for the copy process?
I attached a picture showing the problem with copying
this happens with both the feeder and the glass scanner

Enter the value inside front reader cover.

              COPIER > ADJUST > CCD > W-PLT-X
              COPIER > ADJUST > CCD > W-PLT-Y
              COPIER > ADJUST > CCD > W-PLT-Z

              2. Adjust the shading position.

              COPIER > FUNCTION > INSTALL > RDSHDPOS

              3. Set the target value of B&W shading.

              COPIER > FUNCTION > CCD > BW-TGT

If you look closely, it's enlarging the image, maybe near the trail edge. It's not a registration/feed adj issue. Print a grid from the print engine(test page)
