Canon Ir 3045 Black short print out

I need your help today. My machine is canon 3045.

So I did the drums first and the brakes first. It doesn't work. Comes with charging roller. I can't. (Highvolate Unit, Developer Unit) I took all these things from a machine that was in good condition. Totally uncomfortable.

Note. Everything that is now installed on this machine, I put it on another machine and tried it, and everything is fine.

What else should I do, so please advise.

Did you check the de offset in adjust mode in case something set it high? should be at about Zero. Also hvt on inside back wall

Yes hvt develop Adjust = 0
