u miss-understood my example/ read that tech pub on how to adjust the cammed gear on each one/
the picture shows how to set it to Center Position- if you turn each cammed gear ONE TOOTH from Center Position, it will create a Full Fine Adjustment/
when u turn on to RE-BOOT >The Printer> it Automatically will perform Automatic Image Stabilization Control/and it Executes corrective control for image position.
then go in service mode an execute>COPIER>FUNCTION>LASER>L-ADJ-0 , hit OK !
Then you do a FULL Auto Adjustment adjustment from the glass/ i hope u know how to do that/
after all that is Finished- print out some Test Prints= PG 6 & a PG10- inspect and report back
if all works out - Print out your P PRINT SETTINGS and store them inside the front door , in that small document cover

I Have clear 8-10 machines dc-con, with precisly this fault (1 mm color reg fault)
I cant explain what happens, BUT I KNOW ITīS WORKS AFTER DC-CON CLEAR.
DC-CON does not always work- especially if the underside of ITB belt is dirty, or stretched- or if the primary chg. rollers & black drive roller is slick & dirty- your rail could also be misaligned. there are a few more things to consider before doing a DCON CLR- u better have that P-PRINT of latest settings.
8-10 machines is nothing/ I had over 60 between two office buildings to monitor at one time. I can fix this model blindfolded.
