Question Printing Labels on an iR ADV C7055

So i have to print a bunch of labels on a 7055 and it makes me really nervous.

i know that it is only a single pass operation... but other than that i have no idea how to properly set this up.

I want to print out of the Bypass tray but how do i establish the weight of the paper? I'm using Avery TrueBlock White Mailing Labels. 05168.
This is all of the information on the box and i cant find anything online.

has anybody had experience printing this kind of stuff before?
the last thing i want to do is destroy the fuser section of a brand new 7055.

    thanks heaps.

Not only the fuser, you want also to avoid labels sticking on the itb and therefore, if things really go bad, ruining all drums at one shot
make sure, that the label manufacturer has a good reputation, and, for gods sake, use only complete sheets; never ever print only 3 labels, peel them off and feed the remaining lables on the sheet again!

I would suggest to feed no labels through this box at all, do it with a cheaper printer, maybe an old color laser jet or similar

I have a customer with a CLC5151 who prints a lot of labels with no problem at all.
I think he puts them as "heavy 1".

But (there is always a but) :

Make sure it is a matte label (glossy is no good)
Make sure label has cuts on the back side (back side as a whole is no good)

As far as I know he uses offset labels. So not very expensive.

    Good luck !
