IR-Adv C9060 PRO Magenta Dev Unit

As the attachment shows, the magenta dev unit mag roller brush isnt fully formed despite replacing the unit about a week ago.To overcome it I did go to service mode to stir it contents but given its a new dev unit ,this should be happening since it used to happen alot with the previous dev unit.

    Suggestions?

    Hi,
Please take out Dev Unit from machine and check amount of starter on surface of developing roller.

I am afraid that toner have been hardden. I have some case like that.
If your case is same my case please monitor temperature outside and inside of machine. TEMP should be under 27oC.
You can check in service mode/DISPLAY/ANALOG
Untill now, I also do not know why that symptom only happen on Magenta Developing Unit.
    Good luck to you

    -install last firmware

-check filter behind the machine(kip away from the wall 10 cm or more)

    -read PDF
    ....developer.pdf

    ....developer 1.pdf

Try running about 20 double sided magenta PG5 and see if it improves,What percentage is your drum?Check if everything is OK with your primary roller holders, and at the same time see if colour drum heaters are installed.turn them on if they are.I assume you followed the correct procedure for removing the packing and orange tape on the dev, and you did NOT turn the roller more than 1.5 turnsWhen changing the dev do Function > Install > InisetM You can check the INFO button to see if you need to do AINR off first
