Re: Strangely 2F26 for Canon iPF750

I did not go to check the power,

    The reasons are:

    1. A machine problem occurs on the client,
Moved back to our company has the same problem,
Certainly not a power supply problem,
If it has a problem on the power of the company showroom,
Showroom all show machine would certainly have a problem ..

    2. We also replace the power drive PCB,
ipF750 the Power pcb swap on the iPF760
    The iPF760 normal use,
Certainly not the power PCB problem ..

    3. iPF750 power specifications for the 100 ~ 240V,
We use 110V and 220V detection,
    still err ,
The company showroom is brand new, with less than a year,
Power are in compliance with the standard requirements.
I am more sure that the power outlet specifications no problem!!

If everything fails, I mean really everything, than you just switch the big front cover of the working iPF760 with the broken iPF750 and give the customer your working iPF760 and tell him "we fixed your iPF750"

If I am a boss , may be I will do that !!

    In our ME Dep.,
There are 2 classic motto :

" The machine does not have can not be repaired, Only do not have the ability to repair engineer ",

    And,

In our M.E. departments dictionary or service manual ,

Can not find two word ,, are → " replacement machine " ,

Only the word → "replace of the engineer. "

Re: Strangely 2F26 for Canon iPF750

by the way : Purge unit can cause this error also.

IF YOU WANT ME TO HELP YOU - Do This (and do it EXACTLY as I say it - no workarounds)

    1. Turn on Both printers in service mode
    2. Turn them off.

From iPF760 remove these parts TOGETHER:

    a) Power Supply unit + Power Cable that connects printer to the power outlet
    b) Mainboard
    c) Carriage (on these series the carriage comes together with flex cables and belt. Remove them all together)
    d) Motor that drives the carriage
    e) Purge Unit
    f) Encoder Strip

and PUT THEM TOGETHER into the iPF750.
After you put all the parts together into the iPF750 - turn it on is Service mode.
Most probably you will have to do the procedure of the PCB replacement mode, but that is not the issue here (I guess you know how to do it).

Normally (99% of the cases) the printer should work. Reply back what happens

Now take all the parts that you removed from the iPF750 and put them into the iPF760. Same procedure, turn it on is Service Mode.
    Reply back what happens

It is a lot of work, so it will take you some time doing it. Still you need to do it.
By the way - I will understand if you lie to me and don't do it as I said.
