    There's always one model that does this. the 5000's had a major issue with that until the released a new duct mod. If it was bent it bound because it couldn't turn and the gears were stronger than the frame so the frame gave out first. You getting an e019 on this unit too? if so toner blockage somewhere

    E0012 actually, becoz the Cyan feed screw jammed the drum motor, it could not push out the waste toner into the main feed screw in the back.

    OH wow. Sounds like your next two days have gone to shit. Bright side is we get Friday and Monday off (in Canada anyways)
