    E061-0050 canon imagepress c1

    HI EVERYONE,

    I turn the machine on and during its warming and gradation process appears this code, tech checked sensors, wires, harnesses and everything seems to be ok. says tha we have to try another drum, but we replaced the drum unit, grid, corona two months ago.

    ANY SUGGESTIONS, HELP OUT THERE?

    This is the description of the E061, 0050 and steps to take to resolve this error.



    1. Patch Potential Control Error== Did u /tech Clean Dust Proof Glass ?

    2. The Laser Power value reaches the upper limit and also the patch
    contrast potential(30-40v) required cannot be achieved.


    /Check/replace the Photo Drum
    /Check/replace the Laser Assembly

    Ensure DC Controller version of 7.02 or higher is installed.



    **Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**

    Hi, this error code E-061-0050 refer a error of the potencial controller of the drum unit ,
    Check if the potencial sensor is be ok in service mode, execute in service mode >Function>DPC. Check dust glass and cleaning it . Check conector of the drum .What is the life of the primary charger and the drum ?
