ADF Jam code 0094 on IRADVC5235

The document feeder is generating a 0094 jam code that will not clear until the machine is power cycled.

Upon pressing copy button then the 0094 jam occurs, no paper is fed. I referred to the old postings to replace the torsion spring to the new type FC0-1334-000 but no luck. Also replaced the timing belt XF2-1605-640 which was found shredding. Found no SEN-INIT in service mode. Please advise any known fix. Thanks.

    before replacing any pcb's

    Try a DADF Sensor Initialization-

0094 jam code would occur in the DADF, when the start key is pressed.

Check if the prism for PCB4 has fallen off.
Re-attach the prism,if found>. This is accessed by removing the lower left cover of the feeder. See photo below for location.

also check if the prism for sensor PCB3 is in the proper place--

Jam code 0094 on the ADVANCE Series copiers

The jam code is caused by one of the 4 circuit board type sensors PCB2, 3, 4 or 5 being blocked at power on. Or it can also be caused by one of 2 photo interrupter type sensors, SR4 or SR5 being blocked at power on. The jam will not appear until a copy is made through the document feeder.

Start by looking for small pieces of paper blocking the sensor PCB's and the two photo interrupter type sensors listed in the previous paragraph. Below are some top view images of the sensors.

If the machine is not in a jam condition the PCB sensors cannot be checked.
If the machine is power cycled and there is no jam condition insert a sheet of paper into the DADF and try to make a copy. When the paper is feed into the DADF the 0094 jam will be displayed. Now go into the Service Mode described below and check the PCB type sensors.
To check the sensors in I/O mode go into service mode > Copier > I/O and the screen below will appear. Now select FEEDER1 from the P-SENSOR row.

When this screen appears select the Feeder option. The selected option will flash with a white background.

Note that the I/O address for the PCB sensors are at a 1 state.
In this Feeder option the I/O mode addresses that need to be checked are the 4 circuit board type sensors PCB2, 3, 4 and 5 & the 2 photo interrupter type sensors SR4, SR5.
    PCB2 is at P004 > bit 7
    PCB3 is at P004 > bit 3
    PCB4 is at P004 > bit 2
    PCB5 is at P004 > bit 0
    SR4 is at P004 > bit 6
    SR5 is at P004 > bit 1
To check the sensors block the sensors with a small piece of paper, then check if the display changes in the I/O mode. If the sensor does not change states in the I/O mode try cleaning it first, reseating the connector, cutting wire ties on the wire harness or replacing the sensor.
In the image below the machine is not in a jam condition and all of the bits for the PCB type sensors read 0 and will not change states.

Below are the part number for all of the sensors.

Update: Our senior tech went there with all the sensors and after changing SR3 and SR4 problem solved. Thanks
