Issue with the new i''s and any other core products table top F/I's that have the new enhanced envelope drive kits in them.

The gear pointed to can walk nearly off the drive pin and will spin freely under load.
Adding a second spacer behind the gear at setup and any in the field.

Also they are sharpening the edges of all the metal here in this spot to razor level sharpness so when you take out the outer stabilizer plate use it to have a really smooth shave before you put it back in.
