We have a customer with a ETC time stamp that is losing time. I guess Acroprint was bought out and it seems they no longer have any useful tech support. Does anyone deal with them or know if you can still get tech support ?
Thanks,
Dave

I never had much luck with their support before they got bought out....
Those have simple 60 cycle timer motors that run the clock gearing.
Either the power is not 60 Hz, there is a mechanical bind slowing the motor or the motor assembly is bad.
