i need help with my current firmware of ricoh mp 2852. the current firmware didnt allow me to scan on ricoh mp 2852. can anyone help me with the new upgraded firmware

You'll need to get it from Ricoh. Only authorised dealers and direct technicians have access to firmware. This model supports SMB2/3 since the last updates in 2018.
