Has anybody encountered CMS Validity Check Error(3) when adding a KM C458e device to Safecom, the customer has upgraded to the latest version of Safecom server, they currently have a couple of C454es on the server, which are working fine, a couple have been removed, all the settings on the device look fine, a new certificate has been generated on each device, can't find what the code means anywhere.
Tip for the day; Treat every problem as your dog would.....If you cant eat it or f*ck it....then p*ss on it & walk away...
Yes all the time and it usually comes down to firmware levels on the device.
If i remember there is a workaround - when adding it to the DS set open api to true.
I was wondering about the FW, they've all got the latest FW, but on a previous occasion when I had to install a C458, I had to roll back the FW, so I'll give it a try
