What document solutions are u implementing on customer sites?

    Hi Guys,

I was wondering what software solutions u are using these days for optimization the paper flow on small customer sites.
There are a lot of software apps to use for digitalization, follow me, digital archiving, etc......this from really cheap against too expensive.
Are u using copier brand specific software or third party software?

Thx in advance for your reactions,

    Froota

    For Managed Print Services (MPS)
Equitrac, Safecom, SafeQ, MyQ, HP Access Control, Streamline NX, and Gespage
    For Managed Document Services (MDS)
    Ecopy Sharescan.

Although some of the above MPS software do lightweight MDS, depending on the customer's requirements we adjust the design and implementation
    Aye! Cut the crap

Idd, Most Mfp's do already have a lot of functionality inside, and sometimes there is extra software available for scanning purposes, but those aren't enough for management purposes.
I was mentioning software like equitrac, Nsi autostore,.....Tools to control and distribute the use of devices, and also managing the paper flow.
