We use Print shop mail. Actually Print shop press connect. Its a love hate. PlanetPress Connect - Business process automation software

Is there a better software out there that you all use, to create the templates and then Rip/populate them? We have two in house developers now and the automation that planet press has is not really needed. We can create it on our own.
