Switching between computers knocks printer offline

So, the details are a bit fuzzy so i apologize in advance for lack of clarity. Just curious if anyone has come across this before but to me it seems like a network/computer issue and not a copier issue.

I have a customer with a Ricoh SP 5210SR that she prints and scans to. There are 4 computers hooked up to it, (2) Windows 7 and (2) Windows 10. She primarily works from her Windows 10 computer and everything works fine. But when she goes from her Windows 7 computer to do work and prints to the machine, and then goes back to the Windows 10 computer, the machine goes offline. She has to go in and restart her printer spooler service and then everything is fine again. Scanning never has issues printing only. So she is just constantly having to restart her printer spooler, and it is happening on both windows 10 computers not just the one. I tried different drivers and that didn't have any effect.

So seems a little strange, i don't think it has anything to do with the copier though, just curious if anyone had any clue as to what it could be because it's really annoying for her.

    Thanks!

If scanning is fine then for sure problem isn't in copier. You can try to play around switching network ports of machine or PCs. As usual check for and do all latest updates Windows offers. Change IP address of the machine just for a good measure. Something must offend print spooler service. I'm not familiar with Ricoh but what kind of drivers did you try PS, PCL, Universal?

Change the setting of SNMP status for the port.

Thank you all very much...I did use the same IP address as the old machine that was there and haven't tried a new IP address yet so i can give that a shot.

And no its not on WSD, i hate that as well, I tried PCL5 and PCL6.

WSD is a port not a driver. The driver that Windows installs on its own is the Ricoh Class driver.
