So, I've been getting notifications from my supplies department that some customers with Kyocera MFPs and printers are showing two toners for each color and it's causing confusion for the Auto Toner fulfillment service as the levels are not the same. I am leaning toward this being a FMAudit issue as we had issues with the 3 series color Kyoceras reporting color toner levels and upgrading their FMAudit to ver4.0 seemed to do the trick. I was curious if anyone else had run into this issue.
