Dear All,
SMB Scanning not working for few pcs (CANON IRADVC 5051/5250)form different customer locations tried the follow setting
1.SMB1 is enabled(Programs & features)
2.checked all the settings in network & sharing center(Password protected sharing is off)
3.Checked & varrified inbound rules in the firewall setting
4.Tried by turn off firewalls in the antivirus also
Kindly suggest any other solution please.

If the Image Runners have not been updated to be able to use SMBv2/v3 you need to do so. Microsoft considers SMBv1 to be a potential security issue and disables it. You can enable it if you wish but the next Windows Security Update will disable it again.
Newest M$ updates cause havoc on older MFPs. Especially when it comes to SMB v1. You shouldn't use it. Update machine firmware or use scan to FTP.
