I think good points have been made by most. But here's the point that I originally tried to make about XM Send Secure:
There is no software to purchase. It's a cloud based "service". Basically, you're paying to log on to their system and send/receive emalis via the cloud. There are no updates to install. There is no software to install. You can purchase their service straight from the source.
I just don't see much that a local dealer can bring to the table in terms of support.
