I think good points have been made by most. But here's the point that I originally tried to make about XM Send Secure:

There is no software to purchase. It's a cloud based "service". Basically, you're paying to log on to their system and send/receive emalis via the cloud. There are no updates to install. There is no software to install. You can purchase their service straight from the source.

I just don't see much that a local dealer can bring to the table in terms of support.

Not much need. We are talking about a free two week trial, a $2k purchase or blend into a lease.

But don't you have to enter a password for every email that you receive? I think I remember reading that.

Correct, you typically would have to respond with a 4 digit text message within 5 mins of receiving the notification before you could download the attachment.

One downloaded, the sender would receive an email confirmation that the attachment was downloaded and a detailed Audit trail is documented.

In as little as 30 minutes to 30 days later, the attachment is ISO 27001 certified destroyed from the XMedius secure cloud server.


... this is NATO grade security for $2k.
