Wincar (software) and TWAIN driver

Hi everyone and thanks for help in advance

Does anyone know Wincar? One of our customers is experience some issues during acquisition of the image via Kyocera TWAIN driver (Kyocera Ecosys M5521cdw) : the acquisition ends successfully then they can use the images but the software stop running and they need to kill process and restart.

Does anyone know if I can get the same issue with other TWAIN drivers, like Canon or Ricoh? We would like to replace that printer...

try using paint / ms paint / Microsoft paint.

Is Wincar a scanning app internal to another software that is specific to a certain profession such as legal or medical? If so, contact the software company. An update may be needed due to a recent Microsoft update.

If it is primarily to create a PDF from a TWAIN scan, try a software such as SCAN2PDF.
