Can't get Taskalfa 2553ci to connect with Emailsrvr.com

I am getting a 1102 error (Login Username or Login Password) when trying to get a Taskalfa 2553ci to connect the Emailsrvr.com mail server.
All the settings on the copier are correct. The Username and Password are correct.
I can login through the Website with the login and password.
Does anyone know if there is setting like "Less Secure Apps" in Gmail that needs to be set with Emailsrvr.com? Or some other security setting?

Did you set the senders info? When you setup the SMTP server info and tested did it work? Not entering the senders info such as info@xxx.com will cause a problem. The username and password can be correct but if you did not enter sender info it will fail. On some email systems if the subject line is blank it will also fail. Hope this gets you pointed in the right direction,

Turning on ssl/tls requires a reboot for the setting to take effect.
