Sure, I will try to get to remote tomorrow and get the screenshots and PM you, but here is the finding that we had today.
1:Native device scan( B&W; Text and line, 300dpi ) file size 14mb /time 3 mints
2:NO pdf converter ( B&W; Text and line, 300dpi ) file size 15.2 mb /time 1.12 mints (fault causes TIFF)
3: With pdf convertor ( B&W; Text and line, 300dpi ) file size 16 mb /time 3 mints profile processing on device
4: With pdf convertor ( B&W; Text and line, 300dpi ) file size 6.5 mb /time 8 mints profile processing on server.
Time duration with different profiles and size of the file 72 pages in all cases. file processed on the server has the correct size but time it takes is too long.

hi folks,
This issue has been solved, Ricoh Recommend to do Profile tuning which is actually to increase the threads for scanning, it didn't solved the issue at first but somehow restarting the main server did the trick and scanning works perfectly fine now.
The tuning process is also available in Documentation.
Thanks for all your valuable inputs.

SLNX is running on VM which we restarted after every adjustment and change, but i guess changes took effect after restarting the Main.(that was only possible on weekends). as this was production environment.
