Konica Minolta C368 - PaperCut Connection Issues.

Hi All,

Can anyone advise, one of our tech's recently replaced the HDD on a KM C368. Originally it was connected to Papercut without issue as was another identical device. Now the repaired device with updated firmware and new animation firmware installed cannot connect to the original Papercut server or a fresh instance installed on the tech's laptop and directly connected. Both instances of PaperCut report device connect errors relating to 50002, the other device works fine.

Any pointers would be greatly recieved.

Hi,
Follow PaperCut MF - Konica Minolta i-Option Embedded Manual carefully and set up the device from scratch.
It's hard to say what exactly causes issues but it seems that OpenAPI port is not 50003 or you do not use ''SSL-Only".
