Xerox EX-c C8100 Fiery print server

I have a Fiery set up on this machine with the Gigabit cable running from the Fiery to the machine & the network cable plugged into the fiery, the Fiery has a static IP assigned, copier is left on DHCP.
I can print to the Fiery just fine but when i try to web in and I can get to the Fiery webpage but when I clink on the link on the right upper side to get to the machines webpage it just opens another page for the Fiery.
Even when I try using the Fiery's IP followed by :5443 it wont find anything. I have the DNS set on the Fiery and also tried changing the Fiery to DHCP and same issue ?

Found the problem with this, the IPP port was turned off.
