    Possible but you would need to be really good at writing batch file scripts. You would have to use either TWAIN, WIA (USB) or NetWIA driver and a software that uses one of them and can be launched from the command line with all the needed parameters required for the scan passed from the command line through the software to the driver. IMHO it would be a total waste of time.

    You can easily create a shared folder via command line. The real issue comes in properly setting the permissions as open shares are never a good idea.
