I hope it's the right section of the forum, I wouldn't want to go wrong.
The first thing I want to put you in a situation:
- Customer in maintenance contract
- Multifunction device that works smoothly
- The client's laptop was upgraded from W10 to a W11 recently
- Problems with printing:
1º Slowness in printing
2º It stays in the print queue (on the laptop, not on the machine) indicating an error. If you leave a time (10 minutes) you end up printing
3º The network is disconnected (wifi and ethernet) and does not detect that the printer is online.
4º It fails randomly, when it tries to scan.
Does anyone else do you think something similar with "old" equipment, which has been upgraded to W11?
And none of this happened when the user had Windows 10.
