Requirements for setting up scan to email Ricoh

Hi

what are the requirements of setting up a scan to email functions apart from copier ipaddress and email server ip address.

We have clients trying to setup scan to email. but it doesnt work.
they are using office 365.

Those are your options for connecting to the mail server. If you are using a Microsoft 365 account for authentication it will need to have SMTP Auth enabled.
