Almost everything that you can do from control panel using User Tools plus a few additional things like installing certificates and setting up email notifications. You can also pull files from the Document Server to your computer,if I remember correctly requires that you are logged in as a user and not admin. admin can just see first page thumb nails. Most likely additional things have been added since I retired.
